Présente ce week-end au Danemark pour le Championnat d’Europe des drivers amatrices, Fanny Homberger a défendu brillamment la casaque suisse en remportant la dernière manche du tournoi au sulky de Desmond Toft.
Une victoire toutefois pas suffisante pour monter sur le podium après la journée de vendredi où la fille de Nathalie Gonin, entraîneur-driver aux nombreux succès, n’a été guère chanceuse au tirage au sort et a dû composer avec de gros outsiders. C’est donc avec la 7e place finale d’un classement dominé par la néerlandaise Samantha Stolker, et surtout avec de l’expérience plein les valises, que la jeune pilote a conclu son week-end.
